- A graduate of The University of Texas-Arlington, he has lived all his adult life in Texas - mostly in the Dallas Metroplex. He has 25+ years in the Accounting Profession, as well as managing several small businesses. Experience in operating businesses provides him with the insight to help clients with their operations and advising them on how best to keep their businesses healthy. Karl has vigorously represented numberous clients before the IRS over the years, reducing or eliminating proposed taxes and penalties. He is also an instrument rated commercial pilot and loves the joy of flying & traveling.
Melanie Thomas CPA - An Honor graduate of The University of Texas-Austin, Melanie has lived all her life in the Dallas Area. She has been a CPA since 1975 and has extensive experience in securities, real estate, governmental, and trust & estate taxation. Melanie also oversees the quality control function of the firm, ensuring that work produced is maintained at the highest level of accuracy and completeness.
